The Ontario Legislature derives from the members of the provincial Parliament (MPP), elected by Ontarioians to represent them and their constituencies. The main responsibilities of the Legislature are to discuss and pass laws, hold government accountable, and approve government expenditures. The Legislature meets at the Legislative Building in Queen’s Park, Toronto.
