It is a television station that offers Critical news programs, headquartered in Macau.

澳亞衛視有限公司於2004年3月經澳門特別行政區政府批給，持有六張衛星頻道的電視牌照，並同時在澳門向全世界廣播，受眾為中國大陸、港澳臺及全球華人群體，也是澳門唯一獲廣電總局批准在內地落地的電視臺。

Approved by the Macau Special Administrative Region Government in March 2004, Australia Asia Satellite TV Co., Ltd. It has six TV licenses for satellite channels and simultaneously broadcasts to the world in Macau.

Audience mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the global Chinese community. A TV station approved to land on the Mainland by the State Radio, Film and Television Administration.
