3- To link legal education with worldly education, which is indispensable for acquiring the means of life, through the provision of training centers and the strengthening of the human development factor in society in general and among students of sharia science in particular.
4- Paying attention to the dissemination of general culture by contributing to the provision of educational opportunities to all segments of the society, such as libraries and modern communication tools.
5- To contribute to filling the gap in the arena due to the lack of purposeful Islamic media protecting the Islamic identity.

3- ربط التربية القانونية بالتعليم الدنيوي الذي لا غنى عنه لاكتساب أدوات الحياة وذلك من خلال توفير مراكز التدريب وتعزيز عامل التنمية البشرية في المجتمع بشكل عام وفي أوساط طلبة علوم الشريعة بشكل خاص.
4- الاهتمام بنشر الثقافة العامة من خلال المساهمة في توفير الفرص التعليمية لكافة شرائح المجتمع مثل المكتبات وأدوات الاتصال الحديثة.
5- المساهمة في سد الفجوة في الساحة بسبب عدم وجود إعلام إسلامي هادف يحمي الهوية الإسلامية.
