Lale is the first children’s channel to broadcast in the Crimean Tatar language in southern Ukraine.

Tulip (Lyale, literally translated as Tulip) is a children’s TV channel launched in Crimea on June 1, 2013, created on the basis of the children’s pressure of the ATR channel.
