QVC showed steady development since its establishment in the United States-Pennsylvania state in 1986, and in 2001 ranked second in sales behind NBC and became one of the three biggest network channels in the US boasting as one of the biggest virtual shopping centers.

In 1993 it launched its first overseas subsidiary operations in England, and in Germany in 1996.

In April 1 2001 it started broadcasting in Japan through Cable TV and SKY PerfecTV.

Later in November 2002 it started broadcasting through CS110 degree channel, and in November 2003 started its business delivering programs through broadband internet and other multimedia services. QVC style is reflected through its high quality and valuable products introduced via TV, internet television and its own distribution system.

The whole process from financing to program production, broadcasting, ordering and distribution is all managed inside the company premises.
