The term “Thirty Mile Zone” originated in the 1960s when shots of shots formed a “thirty mile region” with shots of shots due to shots of shots.

The district’s headquarters was formerly the offices of the Motion Picture and Television Producers Association located on Beverly and La Cienega Avenues in Los Angeles. TMZ serves its thirty-mile region again now and as the internet’s premier destination for entertainment.
